The man is blamed for entering the Gulf Coast Bank and Trust Company at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday and displaying a firearm, news outlets report. The man at that point gave a teller a note requested money before bicycling endlessly with nothing, as indicated by a FBI proclamation.
